First up, the NYX Slim Lip liner in the shade Natural – it’s one of the closest MAC Spice lip liner dupes. A really affordable version, too, since the Slim Lip Pencil range retails for $5 a pop, whereas MAC Spice retails for $21.

I find the NYX lip liners creamier than the MAC ones, which means they apply a bit more easily. However, since they are creamier, the formula doesn’t allow for as much staying power – logically – but the NYX Natural lip liner definitely is a good alternative to Spice.

Best MAC Spice Dupes: Barry M Russet Lip Liner

One of my ultimate favorite dupes for MAC Spice lip liner is sold throughout the world but is more easily obtainable from the USA and the UK.

I told you in another post that the makeup stores in London are partly what decided me to move to the UK in the first place when I was a makeup artist.

Sephora has got nothing on Superdrug and Boots in my opinion, and if you’re looking for good MAC Spice drugstore dupes, Barry M is the one.

The Barry M Russet lip liner retails for £2.99 at Superdrug, and it offers pretty much the same consistency, pigment, and texture as the Spice lip liner – great staying power and overall a great MAC dupe.

Best MAC Spice Lip Liner Dupes: Milani Spice Lip Liner

One of the most famous MAC Spice lip liner dupes is the Milani Color Statement lip liner in the shade… Spice. You’ve got pretty much the same color here, just a little bit more brown than the light brown MAC lip liner.

The Milani Spice lip liner is beautiful, with a mix of brown, peach, and pink in the color that looks perfect whether you’re looking for MAC lip liners for fair skin, Asian, medium, or olive skin.

It retails for $7.25, and you’ve got a creamier version of the MAC lip liner which doesn’t budge an inch once it’s on.

I don’t know how you wear your lip liners, but I’ve taken to applying them all over my lips and coating them with clear lipgloss – and to do that, the Milani lip liner clearly is a great option.

Best Dupe for MAC Spice Lip Liner: Kiko Smart Fusion Lip Liner 532

We’re a bit further off the MAC Spice lip liner with this Kiko product, but if you’re looking for some kind of warm brown/peachy lip liner color, the Smart Fusion lip liner in 532 Hazelnut is a good option.

It matches the Smart Fusion lipstick in 432, which is great if you’re looking for some kind of MAC Spice dupe, especially since the Spice lipstick has been discontinued for a while now.
