This has been the perfect camping and travel trailer for our family of four! The trailer has been well maintained always by certified RV specialists, and winterized each year. It is accident free, very clean, in good repair and awaiting a new family for many more years of adventures. The trailer is smoke free, pet hair free, and we’ve never seen any evidence of mice. We purchased the trailer new in Colorado and we’ve performed continuous maintenance as is required on all travel trailers. The tongue jack was upgraded to a higher quality Barker power jack in 2012, the heavy wooden front refrigerator/freezer panels were replaced with lighter black panels matching the kitchen, and most recently, the roof was resealed, the outdoor barbecue bracket on the side of the trailer was reinforced, new awning fabric was installed, and the roof shower skylight, the refrigerator cover, and the air conditioning cover were replaced with new covers. Additionally, all roof sealants and weather stripping on the trailer ends were replaced.

6. Four slide locks: 2 for the slider when traveling, 2 for additional support when parked for kitchen cabinetry above stove/sink to allow for maximum weight in the cupboard without causing damage
7. Folding end bed mattresses (with heating option) always enclosed in water resistant, anti-bacterial zippered mattress covers, fan/lights that connect for bed ends, modular rack and 6 cloth cubes for clothing storage in wardrobe (and hanging rod, if preferred)
8. Newer power cord for 30 AMP hookup (2021), 2 sets of 10 Lynx Levelers, hitch lock, and if wanted: fresh water hose and sewer hose with extension and support sidewinder

This travel trailer was perfect for our family every summer since it's purchase, however as our children are off to college making us empty nesters, we'll be purchasing a different trailer to meet our needs.

The 10 reasons we thoroughly enjoyed the trailer:
1. A hybrid trailer gives the feeling of sleeping in a tent with the convenience of being in a trailer.
2. When the slider is pulled in, there is still room to walk, open the refrigerator/freezer, and use the bathroom. Having this access is a unique feature and it allows for lunch breaks while on the road without needing to extend the slider.
3. The storage in this trailer is more than adequate even for long road trips. We traveled for more than a month, twice and enjoyed sufficient storage and living space with two active children.
4. There is a large wardrobe, kitchen pantry and cupboards, and several other cupboards and drawers. Additionally, there are two outside cupboards, one that our family used for summer toys and sports equipment.
5. The kitchen counter area is very large with extra space behind the sink and stove. We’ve added extra supports so that the weight of dishes above the sink hasn’t compromised the structure of the cupboard. This kitchen allows for full meal preparation with the oven, 3-burner stove, microwave, and barbecue.
6. With the ends folded up, there are still two beds available which allows for a quick overnight when on the road or in cold weather.
7. The linoleum floor cleans easily and doesn’t show dirt or wear.
8. This trailer sleeps 8, though the pull-down couch and fold-down table are more comfortable beds for children.
9. The table is free standing, so it can be used outside.
10. The air-conditioning keeps the main area of the trailer cool, especially if the curtains on the bed ends are closed. The furnace works well and we were able to camp into the fall.

The 4 following disclosures are cosmetic only:
There are no other known issues with the trailer. There is minimal sun fade on the exterior decals and no hail damage.
1. There was minor water damage from a storm to the hitch end fold-down bed at the hinge several years ago.
2. A strong wind caught the door and broke the support at the top of the door that kept the door open at a 90 degree angle. The door now lays flat against the trailer when the awning is pulled in or with the awning out the door can be attached to the awning support. We've used a bungie to keep the door open. Additionally, there is a screen door.
3. The awning supports are slightly bowed but only noticeable when the awning is retracted against the trailer, though the awning fabric is new (2022) and the awning arms operate correctly.
4. The cover for the CD player is broken off, so the CD player doesn’t work. The radio with speakers inside/outside works well.
