That awkward moment when you realise you are talking to yourself.Patiently tapping your figures on your desk waiting for the connection to be restored. 🤔Had a fantastic time last week delivering some online training to fellow legal professionals.Apart from the slight technical issues (we were live!), everything appeared to go well.Here are 5 things I learned from the experience: -1️⃣ Keep calm and don't panic. Ad-libbing can break up the presentation and relax you.2️⃣ Create a content plan before diving into the preparation work. I use a whiteboard and have that in sight when delivering the session to help me stay on track. 3️⃣ Practice and record a run-through. It helped me to see what worked and what didn’t so I could adjust my presentation.4️⃣ Lock in your content. ✅I'm not then tempted to make last-minute changes which will throw my delivery off course. 5️⃣ Plan and rehearse an introduction. This helped me to get off to a positive start.And stopped me from worrying about what I was going to say at the beginning.What would you add?

Gotta love people's creativity. Our customers discovered an entirely new use case for Content Snare - to deliver courses, certifications and staff training.Instead of requesting information, people have set it up with videos and text-based content, just like a course.
